Our Story

My wife, Emilia, and I immigrated to the United States in 2013 with the dream of bringing our Italian traditions to the Winter Park area through cuisine. Rome's Flavours started as a gelato shop and has since evolved into the culinary showcase of Italy that it is today.

Tradition

Following the recipes that have been handed down through the generations of our families, we celebrate and share the craft of traditional Italian cooking.

Our doughs are made daily with fresh natural yeast, organic flours, and San Benedetto water imported directly from Italy.
